That's a touchy issue.
In places where they get LOTS of snow (like Chicago) would NEVER cancel for the dusting we got the other day.
On the other hand, when we've had students DIE on their way to school 'cuz they didn't know how to drive on slick roads, the trend is to cancel on the slightest threat of wet weather.
What do you think??
